Regional luxury shuttle bus is a scheduled luxury Shuttle bus service serving clients traveling the Nairobi (Kenya), J.K.I.A, Namanga, Nairobi - Arusha (Tanzania), Moshi, Marangu Hotel,Kilimanjaro circuit and back.

We have two daily departures at 08:00 hrs and 1400 hrs departing Nairobi and Arusha simultaneously. Mode of transport is a/ 9 seater mini- bus / 25 seater shuttle buses/30 seater shuttle buses which is air conditioned, well maintained, driven by competent and experienced English speaking tour drivers. The service includes a pick up or drops off at any of the major hotels in Arusha, Nairobi or Moshi.
It is also possible to be picked up or dropped off at either Jomo Kenyatta Airport (Nairobi Airport) or at Kilimanjaro Airport located between Moshi and Arusha. Also we can as well pick from Marangu Hotel.

Airports
It is your responsibility to ask for information at the airport where the shuttle bus stops. You should be there about 30 minutes before the departure time. A shuttle representative will look out for you but the bus will not wait. Please provide us with your flight details.

Nairobi
The bus is loaded and departs near the Parkside Hotel, on Muindu Mbingu street opposite Jeevanjee gardens. Report to the bus at least 15 minutes before departure especially if you have bulky luggage. Arusha
The bus is loaded and departs from a secure compound by the Novotel. Report to the bus at least 30 minutes before departure especially if you have bulky luggage.

Moshi
The bus is loaded and departs from the Clock Tower roundabout. Report to the bus at least 30 minutes before departure especially if you have bulky luggage.
Hotel Transfers
We will meet you or drop you off at any hotel in Nairobi or Moshi within a 5km radius of our office. We must know in advance where you are to be picked up and you should be ready to travel at the hotel reception 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the service. > Hotels served include in Nairobi includes:

THE TRIP

Shuttles leave from both Arusha and Nairobi at 08.00 hours and 14.00 hours each day. Though the trip on the Tanzania side of the border is shorter at 110 kilometers, the poorer state of the road makes travel time about the same as the 180 kilometers drive on the Kenya side. Generally it is about two hours on each side of the border.

The time spent at Namanga can depend on the number of people on the bus and how strict customs and immigration officials are. Also, if a few fellow passengers are without visas things might go slower. You will also stop on the Kenya side, not too far from the border. This rest stop gives you a chance to answer the call of nature, buy a cool drink and look at some last minute (or first minute) gifts.
